We maintain a 30 day return policy. Unfortunately, we can’t offer any refund or exchange after this timespan. All returns will require a proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be extended if applicable.

To be eligible for a return, any "food" item must be unused in the original packaging and in the same condition it arrived in.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any items that are defective or missing parts on arrival may be eligible for a return and/or replacement based on photographic evidence. Please submit photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any items that show signs of use, damage or missing parts are NOT eligible for return.
Gift cards cannot be returned. All gift card purchases are final.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If you are processing a replacement, email@example.com will send you a return shipping label. Please carefully package the items for return and use the shipping label provided. Once have received and processed your RMA, we will ship the replacement immediately. Depending on where replacement will be shipped, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
If a refund has been approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the refund before it is officially posted.
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days from the date of issuance, please contact your credit card company to verify that your refund is in process. If they can confirm that the refund process has not been initated, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items may receive store credit when applicable.
